A Happy, Healthy and Peaceful 2012!
Goodbye to 2011 and hello to 2012!
As we started in 2011, we will continue in 2012 with a variety of events, workshops and demonstrations designed to introduce new mediums, new ways of thinking and new ways to help you live your life holistically and in harmony.
Please join us over the coming weeks for a variety of familiar and new events.
Tai Chi with Sandy Andrews is a gentle form of exercise for all age groups and will take place as usual on Tuesdays from 6.30pm to 7.30pm from 3rd January. All welcome.
Tywyn Book Lovers Club will meet on Monday 23rd and every two weeks from 10.00am to 12.00pm and will be discussing their reading of 'Fruit of the Lemon' by Andrea Levy. Books are available from Tywyn Library. Everyone welcome.
Open Development Circle will be every Wednesday from 7.00pm. Develop your spiritual skills with a variety of enhancement sessions including psychometry, water scrying, flower reading, meditation and chakra awareness. Guest talks on orbs, spiritual healing, chakra clearing will also take place.
Divine Service will be held on Fridays from 7.30pm. Further details will be available in the 'Who's On?' section. There will be a number of new mediums for 2012, together with some very popular familiar faces including our own mediums and visits from 'Joseph' and David Ratcliffe-Feterston.
We also have booked a number of special workshops including Psychic Art with Margaret French and a fantastic 'Looking Forward to 2012' open day for numerological, and astrological analysis and tarot readings on Sunday 29th January. This will offer you the opportunity to have a full tarot reading with Jill Humphreys to find out what 2012 has in store for you and David Kniveton will provide a private Numerology analysis relating how your personal numbers influence your personality! Brian Matthews will take a look at your astrological charts for the time and date you were born and present you with an insight to your personality and your life. Fascinating! There will be a variety of health related workshops designed and delivered by Lotus Flower Holistic Centre staff, including 'Help Yourself - Stop Smoking' on Sunday 5th February.
On Sunday February 19th we are hosting a very special charitable event in aid of Breast Cancer Awareness. A visiting professional tatoo artist will be on hand to adorn you with the pink ribbon motif, or anything else you wish! ALL PROCEEDS FROM THIS WILL BE DONATED TO BREAST CANCER AWARENESS CHARITY.
We will also be offering aromatherapy treatments, holistic therapy, tarot and spiritual readings.
A full holistic clinic will be available by appointment each Wednesday from 11.00am-4.00pm to cater for all your alternative health needs, including,
Clinical aromatherapy treatment - pain conditions, respiratory, digestive, circulatory conditions, stress, depression, well-women and well-men. Also pre-natal massage and mums and babies.
Holistic Pain Relief Clinic - helps you to deal with acute and chronic pain by a variety of holistic methods
Homoeopathic Clinic - a full consultation to help you identify symptoms and to help your body fight symptoms of illness with treatments tailored to your individual requirements.
Holistic Nutrition Clinic - look at your diet and discover how your diet influences your health.

Welcome to our new 'home'!
We are very pleased to announce that we are now
in new premises at Tywyn Railway Buildings,
Station Road, Tywyn. Please come along to have
a look around.
The church has received official recognition as a Place of Worship as the Spiritualist Church for Tywyn and this entitles us to offer beautiful and personalised ceremonies such as Namings, Blessings, Funeral Services and Memorial Services. We plan to offer wedding ceremonies and civil partnerships in the near future.
The church is also a recognised training centre for Healer Practitioners in conjunction with the International
Church and Healing Fellowship. We have a group of probationer healers who are currently engaged in healing practical and theoretical training. In addition, Tywyn Spiritualist Church will have a fully trained and accredited Healing Trainer on site.
We have an active Open Development Circle and Meditation Group that meets each Wednesday evening from 7.00pm to 9.00pm. We have a team of fledgling mediums who are available to provide readings and who regularly lead our Divine Service.
In addition to our church, we also host the Lotus Flower Holistic Centre. This centre offers a range of services all linked to creating harmony between mind, body and spirit. The centre has fully trained, qualified and equipped therapists and healers who offer services in Holistic Massages, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Hopi Ear Candling, Reiki and Spiritual Healing, Hypnotherapy, Stop Smoking Clinic, Bereavement Counselling, Relaxation and Meditation sessions and Aromatherapy. We have recently added a Homoeopathic Practitioner to our team who can diagnose and prescribe homoeopathic remedies and who is a consultant for Bach Flower Remedies. In the New Year we will be expanding to include an Holistic Pain Management Clinic and a Nutritionalist.
The church and centre and all therapists and healers are fully insured. Insurance and accreditation are displayed. We believe that this reflects the importance that we put on providing the best possible service to our visitors and their health and wellbeing.
The church and centre is fully adapted under the Disability Discrimination Act. Access for wheelchair users is via the ramp on Tywyn Station Platform.
We have a fully inclusive policy and welcome all individuals, irrespective of colour, creed, disability, or sexual orientation.
All funds raised in activities undertaken by Tywyn Spiritualist Church and Lotus Flower Holistic Centre enable the church and centre to continue running, offering our services to the people of Tywyn and surrounding areas. We are a non-profit making charity and we have a Treasurer who maintains our accounts. Accounts are audited by an independent Accountant.
May we extend a warm welcome to our old friends and new friends. Visitors to the area are most welcome. Our aim is to provide a spiritual sanctuary and an holistic healing centre. Please come and join us as we grow into our new home.
