Tywyn Spiritualist Church

DISCLAIMER

STATUTORY INSTRUMENTS 2008 NO. 1277
Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008

Under the above legislation we are obliged to advise that:

During Spiritual Religious Services you may be asked to make a free will offering, you will be charged for admission to Church Services and Special Events such as Evenings of Clairvoyance.

We must also advise that all demonstrations and private readings must be viewed as, for “entertainment purposes” only, and/or, as "scientific experiments"

To receive any service offered by Tywyn Spiritualist Church you must be of sound mind and not emotionally or mentally vulnerable.

You must understand that any person giving you a message or conducting a private sitting is expressing their own views and opinions.

You must only attend services or seek a private sitting of your own accord and must not be coerced in any way to take part.

You must understand that any advice given or inferred at any time is open to interpretation and as such, anything said which you may act upon is purely your own decision.

At Special Events you will be given an explanation of the above and offered the opportunity to leave with a full refund before the event starts.

For Private Sittings you must sign a form to indemnify the person giving the sitting and absolve “Tywyn Spiritualist Church” from any and all responsibility, from any consequences that might result and from any and all actions you may take, because of any advice given. The person giving you a private sitting will explain what is to take place and ensure that you fully understand and accept the explanation.

Whilst everyone is welcome to attend our church services, for private sittings you must declare that you are over 18.

You will not be placed under duress to sign any declaration and must do so of your own free will.

All of the above is not necessarily the personal opinions of David & Sue Kniveton, but British Laws of European origin must, unfortunately, be adhered to.

David & Sue Kniveton (TSC Founders)
