"OUIJA" (pronounced weeji) is made from two words 'oui' and 'ja', French and German for 'yes'.

'Yes, yes', this is with reference to the simple way of being given answers from spirit on a Ouija board to questions that have been asked.

For countless numbers of years people have been using various methods to communicate with the spirit world and the Ouija board is no exception. Their use as a tool for contacting Spirits became very popular in Victorian times when they were regularly used as a parlour game. It cannot be stressed enough that such boards in the various forms should not be used under any circumstances as the outcome could be very unpleasant for those present. So the simple answer is not yes, yes, but 'NO, no' don't do it!

It must be remembered that not all spirits have good intentions, there are mischievous or negative spirits around, as well as low-level energy spirits.

These types of Spirit are trying all the time to communicate with us and will take every opportunity to do so by whatever means is available to them, and that includes Ouija boards.

David and Sue have been called upon to rectify the damages caused by the supposedly innocent use of ouija boards and the Spirits they have released into premises. To enable this to be done properly the original ouija board should be used. On one particular occasion one had been constructed by using letters and numbers written on torn up pieces of paper and then discarded. This then made it extremely difficult to *clear the premises of the unwanted spirits.

Anyone casually using a ouija board would in all probability be not properly grounded or have no personal protection in force against low-level energies that are likely to come through.

The worst part of the (mis)use of a ouija board is the serious possibility of a mischievous spirit attaching itself to an unprotected person or someone with a weak or damaged *aura and taking it home with them.

In this case serious disruption of the Mind, Body and Spirit could follow with the spirit attachment feeding off the energy of the host. It is said that the vast majority of people will suffer the consequences of an attachment at some stage in their lives, albeit perhaps something quite minor and for a very short period in time. So why encourage them by using a ouija board?

Some attachments can 'drop off' and 'hop on' at will depending on the suitability of the energy available to them from someone else.
